The 20th edition of PwC’s “Global Mine Report” has been published. Developments highlighted in this year’s report include the energy transition, societal awareness of the role of critical metals in future energy systems, and government’s throughout the world securing their supply chains. These topics and others dominated the PwC findings.

Other important developments highlighted in the report: decarbonization, increased M&A and sector consolidation, and the rise of technology.
