IMC Phosphates is a leading supplier of phosphate rock. The company markets several phosphate and nitrogen products worldwide. In the United States, the company mines 23 Mt/a (25 million stpy) of phosphate. IMC Phosphates is also the leading US producer of concentrated phosphates, producing about 32% of total US capacity and 10% of world capacity. Currently, the company uses 18 draglines to mine phosphate at its four mines located in central Florida.
