Large Warman slurry pump is first of four

Warman International has built what it believes is the world’s largest metallined slurry pump. The 750VK-SHD weighs more than 70 t (77 st), sits on the largest drive frame ever made and has a flow rate of more than 5,000 m3/h (22,026 gpm). It will be driven by a 2.4-MW (3,218-hp) motor and features a 2-m- (6.5-ft-) diam impeller.
