In 2023, ABI Research surveyed industry representatives to understand how they expect technology to reshape their businesses. It found that the key drivers for change are centered on supporting sustainability goals; becoming more resilient to external supply shocks, political risks and local economy changes; and optimizing workforce safety and operations.
