ABSTRACT:
The Basin Creek Mine site consists of a 12-hm2 (30-acre) heap-leach pad, two lined process ponds, a lined destruct pond and various process buildings and facilities. The mine produced gold and silver using the heap-leach process. Following closure of the mine in 1991, the site has been undergoing reclamation.
