Online Peer Review  

In partnership with Manuscript Central, SME is pleased to offer an online paper-submission and peer-review system. Here is some basic information to get the author or reviewer started.

To upload a paper for peer review using SME’s new Manuscript Central system, we recommend that you use Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari browsers. Other browsers, particularly AOL, may cause unforeseen problems. And PLEASE TURN OFF POP-UP BLOCKERS. Pop up windows are necessary for the Manuscript System to work properly.
